In the use of multi column packaging machine, the following two points need special attention:
1. After the main machine is running, observe the changes of benchmarking in the benchmarking setting column in the man-machine interface. When the interface display punctuation is normal, observe the actual cursor point. If the actual cursor point is above the transverse sealing belt, move the photoelectric head forward (as much as the actual cursor point is offset, the photoelectric head will be moved). At this time, the cursor point will move downward, and then observe the interface display until the interface display and the actual cursor are normal. On the contrary, if the actual cursor point is below the transverse seal, the photoelectric head should be moved backward until the actual light mark and interface display are normal.
2. In the process of operation, if it is found that the interface displays calibration and repair, normal conversion, and the repair time is longer than the normal time, it indicates that the bag length is too short, so the bag length should be adjusted a little longer. On the contrary, if the negative repair and normal conversion are displayed and the negative repair time is long, the bag length is too long, so the bag length should be shortened. If there is a direct change from positive repair to negative repair, it means that the speed of the benchmarking motor is too fast, and the speed of the benchmarking motor should be slowed down (the value of the benchmarking correction changes).
